Friendly Loans is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We are a marketing and referral service. Lenders and providers set their own terms and underwriting criteria.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee approval, amounts, rates, or timing. Any APRs, ranges, or examples are for illustrative purposes only. Final terms come from the provider.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a US resident. By using this site, you represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you are using the site for personal, lawful purposes.

Electronic communications and E-SIGN consent

You agree we may provide notices electronically. Hardware/software requirements and how to withdraw consent are described in our E-SIGN section in Disclosures and incorporated here by reference.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
